    Please be advised that a formal notice of the Annual Meeting to be held on 12/7/09 at 8pm has been sent out via the US Postal Service. In addition to receiving the Notice, you will also be receiving a Proxy form. Please fill this proxy form out and sign it should you not be able to attend. This form should be given to someone who you trust will be able to act on your behalf.
